IN STORE RETURNS
In store purchases are accepted within 14 days from purchase for exchange or store credit.
ONLINE RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for FULL PRICE MERCHANDISE and issue a refund to the original form of payment.
Returns are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the order being placed. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags on the garment. Please also note that ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE. These items may not be returned.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY
At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders.
All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
If package is refused or returned undeliverable, no shipping refund or credit will be issued by Pachute.
