Vanessa Bruno's Dahlia Blouse is romantic cotton blend blouse with range of meticulous pleating techniques, embroidery, and lace. The Dahlia Blouse features a cropped, trapeze cut that creates a dainty and airy look, voluminous puffed sleeves with elasticated detail at the cuffs that allows you to play with the silhouette, a high ruffled round neck, and white pearlescent buttons closures.

ORDERING

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.
 
All orders received after 5pm EST will be processed the following day, this is inclusive of overnight orders.  Weekend delivery is not available. Please note we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive your package within 3-10 business days.
 
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
 
Please reach out to customer service if you need to modify your order and we will do our best to accommodate your change depending on your order’s status. Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email with your order number. Please note orders can not be cancelled once they are shipped and will instead be refunded after the order has been received back at our store.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped by UPS or USPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Weekend delivery is not available.
Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address, and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. PACHUTE reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Please reach out to info@pachute.com for any questions regarding delivery timing and we will do our best to provide an accurate estimate of the package arrival date. PACHUTE is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
 
Lost or Stolen Packages: PACHUTE will file a claim with UPS or USPS on your behalf. Please note that these claims can take up to 20 days to process. PACHUTE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required that note a delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
 
Sometimes a carrier marks a package as delivered in error. If you haven't received your order within three days, please reach out to our customer service team or the carrier directly.

U.S. RETURNS

ONLINE PURCHASES
 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept online returns within 15 calendar days of the original order date.

FULL PRICE items qualify for a REFUND to the original form of payment.

SALE items qualify for STORE/WEB CREDIT in the form of a gift card.
Items designated as "FINAL SALE" may not be returned for any credit.

Items returned must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Shoes must be in original, undamaged box.

Pachute reserves the right to refuse a return if the items does not meet the about requirements.

 

IN STORE PURCHASES 
In store purchases are accepted within 14 days from purchase for exchange or store credit. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags on the garment. Please note that ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE. These items may not be returned.

 

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders.
All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
If package is refused or returned undeliverable, no shipping refund or credit will be issued by Pachute.
